This past weeks wedding was tons of fun! Melina and Sebastian were a great couple to work with, not only did they just want to have fun, you could see and feel the love between them. Thanks guys for choosing to share your day with us! I had a great time (even though I came to find out that you are Cowboys fans :) hehe)

The forecast was ominous but.... from the time Christine and Jonathan got here until well past the time they were enjoying thier reception the rain stayed away! We had a blast! :) Thanks for sharing your day with us!

Denise & Richard

Denise and Richard "tied the knot" here at Milton Ridge on the 10th of April. It was a intimate gathering of family and close friends. Denise sent us an email shortly after exclaiming that her day "... was by far the best day OF OUR LIVES!" "...THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts!!!" All we have to say is ... THANK YOU Denise and Richard from the bottom of our hearts for choosing Milton Ridge!!!

Ashley & Brian

Milton Ridge had our largest wedding to date this past weekend! Usually when brides send out invitations, there are a number of people who can't make it to the wedding, for one reason or another. Not so for Ashley and Brian! All of those invited said "Yes, we'd love to celebrate your happy day!" So we reorganized our chapel for additional seating, added a few rows in the balcony, and responded "the more the merrier!"

Lorain & Jay

Lorain and Jay were married this past Wednesday. "A Wednesday?," you ask. Yes! They were married at 10:10 on 10/10 - A very special time, indeed!

The happy couple put so much work into the details of this affair... the Bride wore her mother's gown, headpiece and veil, while the Groom embroidered both mother & daughter's wedding dates into the dress. And this couple definitely had a sweet tooth... there were yummy, moist, petit fours, the tiered wedding cake itself, and a fun groom's cake -- in the shape of a deer! The bride gifted the groom with a beautiful hunting knife for the hunting aficianado, which was a choice cake carving instrument, of course... and they closed their big day with a dove release.

Lauren & Matt

Lauren and Matt were married at Milton Ridge this weekend. A Saturday afternoon wedding, followed by a lovely and energetic reception. A lovely bride, a happy groom, and a fantastic time was had by all!

Bette & Chris

On Monday evening, Bette & Chris were married in our little chapel. The happy couple have known each other for 17 years... they met in the seventh grade! Such intricate details -- ribbons to wave at the ceremony, and at the reception, there was a clown, stage combat, and the bride presented the groom with his very own sword! What a fun evening!
