Milton Ridge had our largest wedding to date this past weekend! Usually when brides send out invitations, there are a number of people who can't make it to the wedding, for one reason or another. Not so for Ashley and Brian! All of those invited said "Yes, we'd love to celebrate your happy day!" So we reorganized our chapel for additional seating, added a few rows in the balcony, and responded "the more the merrier!"
Lorain and Jay were married this past Wednesday. "A Wednesday?," you ask. Yes! They were married at 10:10 on 10/10 - A very special time, indeed!
The happy couple put so much work into the details of this affair... the Bride wore her mother's gown, headpiece and veil, while the Groom embroidered both mother & daughter's wedding dates into the dress. And this couple definitely had a sweet tooth... there were yummy, moist, petit fours, the tiered wedding cake itself, and a fun groom's cake -- in the shape of a deer! The bride gifted the groom with a beautiful hunting knife for the hunting aficianado, which was a choice cake carving instrument, of course... and they closed their big day with a dove release.

Lauren and Matt were married at Milton Ridge this weekend. A Saturday afternoon wedding, followed by a lovely and energetic reception. A lovely bride, a happy groom, and a fantastic time was had by all!
Susan & Ben got married last Saturday in a very sweet ceremony. The bride was lovely, and the groom was a regular jokester. The reception was decorated in bright and cheerful colors -- so vibrant!
